Powder coated ( Footmaster GD-1005 Casters) - New DRO 710 Heidenhain 2 Axis Display - High powered work light - 6" Kurt Vice- Rebuilt Powder coated blue - Spider Vice handle (Or) - Educated Quill Nut - R/8 Collet Tray - Servo Motor for X table ( rebuilt and PC) - Servo Motor for Knee model #140 ( rebuilt and PC) - New two-life Draw Bar - New Bijur lubrication system includes lines & meters for complete machine - New Fog buster non fogging coolant sprayer 1/2 gal #10100 - Shop air quick release fittings - Power box for 110 & 220 enclosed on rear of machine - Heavy duty cycle electrical plugs to motor. - Extra Extension cord for 3 Phase hook up. Extra Restoration Rebuild Process Details: 1. Removed & Cleaned all external components on Machine power feed DRO 2. Removed the head from knuckle, knuckle from arm, ram from turret, turret from base, table from saddle, saddle from knee, and knee from base. 3. Grind the top, sides and way surfaces on the table as required to proper flatness and alignment. 4. Grind all surfaces on the top and bottom of the saddle and knee for proper flatness and alignment 5. Hand scrape the saddle and knee to proper fit. 6. Install new acme screws & nuts into the X&Y axis on the base 7. Install new felt way wipers on the base of the machine 8. Reassemble and test each component of the base for proper operation 9. Test runs for proper head alignment and orientation in speed feed 10. New upper Head bearings, bushings, belts, and keys into the upper half of head 11. Removed Spindle disassemble, clean, and flush the bearings, repacked with high speed grease 12. Sand blasted and complete powder coated with clear on machine castings. 13. Installed Turkite to Gibbs 14. All worn machine parts replaced with factory Kondia parts.
